Our strawberries are grown slowly on east-facing terraces, where cool nights and gentle sun concentrate sweetness and aroma. Each punnet is harvested at peak ripeness on the same morning it leaves the farm.

Hives placed along our terraces gather nectar from native wildflowers, strawberry blossoms, and forest edge flora. The result is a honey with layered notes of the mountain—bottled with minimal handling.

A rotating selection of young lettuces, mustard greens, rocket, and heritage leaves. Harvested in the early morning, washed gently, and packed with care for city kitchens that value true freshness.

Bundles of seasonal herbs—basil, thyme, mint, rosemary, and others—grown alongside our main crops. We cut just before dispatch so essential oils remain bright and generous.
