Slow-spun honey from hives overlooking the valley.
Hives placed along our terraces gather nectar from native wildflowers, strawberry blossoms, and forest edge flora. The result is a honey with layered notes of the mountain—bottled with minimal handling.
Availability
Micro-batches through the winter, subject to hive health and weather.
How we grow & handle it
Cold-filtered in small batches to preserve floral character.
No added sugars, colour, or flavouring of any kind.
Naturally variable flavour from early to late winter flows.
